Rare 2011 Masi Fixed Ultimate 58cm in excellent condition. Unique randonneur inspired fixed gear build! Unique "trillium" woven spoke lacing. Includes all pictured: saddlebag, pump, stainless water bottles, cages, bell. Quality frame and built in excellent condition with minimal miles. Components, condition, and any cosmetic issues are described below. I did my best to describe cosmetic issues. Issues may not be limited to my descriptions. Overall in excellent condition. Small blemishes here and there. White mark on top tube (photo 18). Mark on fork (photo 22). This bike was on display for many years with a kickstand. There is some paint damage to the bottom of the chainstays by the bottom bracket (see paint damage and scrapes in photo 23). Topside of the stand sandwiched a rubber layer and topside of the stays show no apparent damage. There is some markings from the frame pump on the seat tube. Hubs: White Industries track front and rear. 36h. Rear is not flip flop and has a White Industries 18T cog and White Industries lock ring. Polished finish might be a bit more cloudy than when new. Excellent condition. Wheels: Velo Orange 36h polished rims. Laced with unique "trillium" woven lacing pattern (photos 6, 7 among others). Excellent condition. Some minor brake wear to front (see photo 16). Crankset:
IRD Defiant 165mm track cranks with 46t track chainring. Excellent condition, like new. Pedals:
MKS pedals and cages with Velo Orange leather straps (discontinued). Excellent condition. Headset:
Chris King nothreadset silver. Like new. Stem: Velo Orange polished threadless. Like new. 25.4mm clamp. 80mm, +- 6 degrees. Handlebars:
Soma Condorina 25.4mm. Chrome plated tange steel. 580mm width, 15 degree backsweep. Excellent condition. Grips: Brooks leather. Excellent condition. Front Brake:
Campagnolo Centaur. Excellent condition. Dirt / grease present. Seatpost: Velo Orange setback silver. Good condition. Scrapes from insertion. Saddle:
Brooks honey leather. Like new. Unsure on the model, but it is narrow. Likely B15 Swallow. Excellent condition. Tires: Gran Compe Ene Ciclo 700x28 white wall. Minimal treadwear. A bit dry but definitely rideable. Good condition. Saddle bag: Velo Orange Croissant saddle bag (discontinued). Good condition. Dust, some fading. Pump: Frame mounted Zefal HPX. Good condition. Water bottles and cages:
Klean Kanteen stainless steel water bottles with bamboo clad tops, 18 oz. Good condition with some blemishes and scrapes. Unsure on the cages - they are not steel (no magnet), either titanium or aluminum.
